Located in a decent place in varthur. Surrounding is also good. Market and grocery stores are at walking distance. Lift is there and parking space is also good. Security guard is helpful and is a nice person. Rent is decent neither more nor less.

Very good place. You are lucky if you stay in Hita Lirio. The President Mr Nandi is a very good gentleman. He reduced maintenance in times of Covid pandemic. Very social and jovial person.

Comfortable to own budget. It is specious, ventilated, and quite sufficient of sun light. No common wall. Ideally planned. Off the main road but not far from that.
